The SBE Group was started with an aim of sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, and has been catering to the growing demand of new and sustainable ideas in India related to commercial and residential real estate since 2010. In the recent years it has been seen that the metro cities of India have been saturated in real estate development, but the development they have seen over the years has not been sustainable or energy efficient and that has taken a definite toll on the general environment of the city, not to mention the health and well being of its residents. The results of such development can be seen in the reduced water tables of most cities, environmental pollution and drying of rivers or their pollution.
